It hardly seems possible that the summer is waning, and with it, the rush of special events and concerts that filled my calendar for so many weeks.

My friend and fellow folk singer, Skip Jones, called me out of the blue just after I had returned home from the first leg of my summer library tour.

It was a pleasure to be invited back to The Wild Hog In The Woods to play a May concert.

I really enjoyed my afternoon playing for everyone at the Colonial Club Senior Activity Center.

If you haven't stopped by in a while, you will notice some changes to my website.

Great News!  My daughter, Carmen Lasceski, will be back in the States to do a series of special violin concerts at the end of May and early June.

If you haven't visited my calendar page in a while, be sure to stop by

If you are in the neighborhood on March 1, come out for an evening of Celtic music at the Baraboo Public Library.

One of the first venues I played way back when, was The Wild Hog In The Woods Coffeehouse in Madison, WI.

At long last here's a picture of the whole gang that was taken after our show . . .

Here is the poster for my next show with Chasing The Sound, on March 3.

I have always enjoyed making the trip down to Dodgeville once a year . . .

What a difference a month can make!

On December 8 & 9, the first major snowstorm of the season buried us under more than a foot of snow . . .

We had a great time at our first official gig as Diane Michaels and Chasing The Sound!

August 3 was hot and steamy . . . the perfect day for a program about water!

Now that the Holiday bustle is past . . .

It might have been a chilly December afternoon, but the members of the Shamrock Club were a warm and welcoming audience at their annual Christmas party.

Make out a 'Things To Be Thankful For List,' along with your Christmas list this year.

A most welcome and long-awaited guest has finally arrived.

At long last my website is up and running!

Diane's poem, Fy Nhroed Dde (My Right Foot), received first place.  She was presented with the Eisteddfod Chair, and was knighted in a traditional ceremony that honors a poet's winning work!  Read more about it.
