Great News!  My daughter, Carmen Lasceski, will be back in the States to do a series of special violin concerts at the end of May and early June.  She wanted to come back and play for the places where she attended school, or has connections in the community.  Tom King, her friend and collaborative pianist from The University Of Western Ontario, where she completed her Masters Degree, kindly agreed to make the trip back to Wisconsin to accompany her.  They will be presenting an hour long program at several locations around the state.  A list of locations and times are posted below along with website links to help with directions. Carmen is currently based in London, Ontario, so it's a treat to have her Stateside for a while, and a rare opportunity to hear her perform so close to home.

Hi Peggy! Thanks for the comment. Carmen is currently teaching and doing free-lance performing in London, ONT. She plans to move to Toronto to continue pursuing her music career. Lots going on there! Tom is Carmen's collaborative pianist & a fellow artist who decided he wanted a change of scenery for two weeks this summer. Good luck with all of your projects. We've been doing a lot of de-cluttering, too. It feels great to lighten the load a bit. Cheers! Diane

Wow...Miss Carmen is so grown up. I am going to try to get to one of the concerts.....just depends on my schedule. I'm working on clearing out my parents' home of 40+ years of well as the dogs and my house, etc. Is Tom a b/f or just a fellow artist? I thought she had a b/f in Canada, but can't really remember. Has she found work yet? Or is this what she is doing? Site looks great!! Peggy :)
