If you were ever curious about the tools of a musician's trade, I'm glad you found your way to this page!  After a performance my audiences, adults and children alike, often ask a lot of questions about the instruments I play. "Where did you find them?"  "How did you learn to play them?"  So I hope these pages will be a resource to answer some basic questions and peek your curiousity so you might want to do some exploring on your own.

My instruments work very hard for me.  They are my companions on the road, and during countless hours in the practice room.  Often they have been my teachers and it has been my job to find their voice.

There are all kinds of toolboxes for all kinds of work . . . this is mine.  Open the links to look inside, and see how I found some of my instruments . . . or should I say, how they found me!  I will be adding new ones from time to time, so be sure to check back once in a while.

Check Out My Spin Shop!

In 2004 my daughter, Carmen, and I released a CD called, Side By Side.  Back in the day, we had a mother/daughter duo that traveled the highways and byways, playing for audiences for more than 20 years.  Our CD is now available for digital download on the SHOP page.  I'll add some background notes in the coming days.  In the meantime stop by The Spin Shop and check it out!
